I have been a busy cook this month

Ended last month with -



A week in advance of the pan cakes days - pancakes served with shredded dark chocolate and clementine syrup!

March started with profiteroles -

Choux pastry buns baked & filled with whipped cream and dipped in chocolate sauce - yummy!!
(without eggs)

Then came St. Patrick's Day - the patron saint of Ireland.

So I baked some Irish Soda Bread, and I am happy that it was pretty popular at work :)

It is Holi time now :) Though I wanted to make some gujiyas but settled for something less elaborate - namkeen mathri & shakkar pare.

The best complement I have got for my cooking in recent times - "I have come to cook like my badimum" :) :) :)
